Featuring over 50 kinds of vegetables all-you-can-eat plus nourishing hot pots, especially the burnt wine chicken hot pot is super popular. The broth is sweet and rich, and they use flames to burn off the alcohol, leaving a sweet taste paired with sesame oil Matsusaka pork and sesame oil fried eggs—truly delicious! The parking lot is spacious, and many people drive with family to dine here. Plus, Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Huanxi Store stays open late, so it's great for late-night snacks too—super convenient by car!

Bashi Shiguo Store Interior Environment

Bashi Shiguo has a large interior space, and I especially love its stylish and spacious decor

Small green plant decorations throughout make it very comfortable

Seats are spaced far apart, and the dividers are super tall

Full privacy while eating feels really comfortable

Even the open seating without dividers is spacious

The minimalist space is very relaxing

Our seats this time had a semi-private room feel

Privacy is excellent! Really love it

Bashi Shiguo Menu Prices

Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Store prices are similar to regular hot pot places, but Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Store offers unlimited vegetables as a huge plus!

Just order one main hot pot to enjoy the all-you-can-eat vegetable bar

Ordering is easy in just three steps

1. Choose the Broth

This time we chose Warm Heart Pepper Pork Tripe Chicken Hot Pot and Burnt Wine Chicken Hot Pot

The burnt wine chicken is a must-try—delicious and photogenic

Both come with broth, so you can eat to your heart's content

2. Choose the Meat Platter

Next, choose the meats

We picked Matsusaka pork and wagyu beef

If you just want the broth and unlimited vegetables, you can skip the meat option

3. Choose the Sides

There are many side options, and the self-serve bar has some too

We chose sesame oil dried noodles and udon noodles

Sesame oil noodles pair perfectly with burnt wine chicken—can't resist!

On the right there's an add-on section—everything's cheap

Vegetable Bar

While many hot pot places have vegetable bars, Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Store has an overwhelming variety

This is on the level of Wenye Hot Pot!

The vegetables are fresh and clean

Even the display shows how much care the store puts in

This vegetable bar is the neatest and cleanest I've seen!

You can grab more if the main course isn't enough

Mushroom options far exceed many budget all-you-can-eat hot pots

Everything is neatly arranged and visibly fresh

Each vegetable looks crisp and vibrant

Drink Bar

Must-Try! Dayuanzi Shaved Ice

This is rare—Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Store collaborates with Dayuanzi

Mango shaved ice is sweet and refreshing, perfect with rich hot pot flavors

Other drinks are plentiful too

Sugar-free and caffeine options available

Sauce Bar

Plenty of sauce choices

Recommended: special spicy sauce and apple fermented tofu sauce

Mix with onions for extra flavor

Ice Cream Bar

Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Store offers two ice cream flavors

Japanese brand Niseko and Thai Mingguo— the bar alone is overwhelming

We haven't even started the main course yet!

After touring the self-serve bar, our hands were full and feet sore

So abundant—stacking plate after plate was super fun

Vegetable plates and hot pot ingredients are plentiful

Even a little bit stacks up impressively

The green vegetables look so appetizing

Plenty of whole foods—great for bringing elders or kids

After grabbing everything, our mains arrived!

The table is fully loaded—looks so abundant!

All at regular hot pot prices—super worth it for all-you-can-eat

Must-Try! Burnt Wine Chicken Hot Pot 488 yuan

When the burnt wine chicken hot pot arrived, the staff told us not to add ingredients yet

Once it boils, they'll ignite it to burn off the alcohol and enhance the aroma

Then you can start eating

When the staff lights it up

Real fire appears in the hot pot—this blazing flame is so spectacular

Everyone grabbed their phones to film the fire dance

After burning, the wine aroma is rich but not spicy or alcoholic—turns sweet and delicious

Warm Heart Pepper Pork Tripe Chicken Hot Pot 528 yuan

Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Store's pepper pork tripe chicken is one of the few I've truly praised

The pepper heat isn't irritating; the aroma intensifies as it cooks

With pork bone and tripe broth, it becomes rich and almost like eating ramen—impressive

Includes pork tripe and chicken, well-flavored and tender

If they have yuzu pepper, it could turn into Japanese cuisine!

US Plate Beef +200 yuan

Their beef is in large, beautiful slices—the marbling makes your mouth water

The fat is just right

So satisfying! Love it

Each slice is huge

Thickness is perfect—blanch for a few seconds and ready to eat

Perfect in both burnt wine chicken and pepper pork tripe broths

The fat makes the beef soft and juicy—highly recommend this beef!

Dong is obsessed with their spicy sauce and fermented tofu sauce

Pairs even better with the meal!

Must-Try! Hand-Cut Matsusaka Pork +160 yuan

Dong knew Matsusaka pork is delicious

But Bashi Shiguo's Matsusaka pork is insanely good! What kind of Matsusaka pork is this

Because I ordered burnt wine chicken, they stir-fried it with sesame oil—too fragrant!

Just heat in the pot

Infused with burnt wine chicken aroma, stir-fried with sesame oil—double the fragrance

That signature bouncy texture of Matsusaka pork—absolutely mind-blowing, so delicious

Side - Sesame Oil Noodles +25 yuan

So fragrant! Truly fragrant!

They even added ginger slices—amazing! Fans of sesame oil chicken and burnt wine chicken can't resist

This is the perfect match for sesame oil chicken and burnt wine chicken—unbeatable!

Side - Udon Noodles +20 yuan

This udon pairs better with kimchi or kombu broth

Texture is great too~

Must-Try - Sesame Oil Fried Egg 30 yuan

Rare to see this at hot pot places!

Bashi Shiguo fans must order sesame oil fried egg with sesame oil noodles and burnt wine chicken hot pot

This perfect combo won't disappoint! The egg absorbs all the aroma and bursts in your mouth—amazing!

Can be made half-cooked too~

The yolk bursting in your mouth is incredibly fragrant!

Braised Intestines 120 yuan

Some à la carte items are recommended too

This spicy braised intestines are great—fatty, tender, not too salty

The braising aroma is prominent and comforting

Small portion but satisfying—can be cooked if preferred

Fresh Clams 120 yuan

Bashi Shiguo’s clams are thoroughly purged! These fresh, juicy clams are excellent

Seafood lovers don't miss out

I loved both hot pots at Bashi Shiguo—nourishing plus unlimited vegetables, perfect for cold winter! The burnt wine chicken hot pot is outstanding, the flame show is great for photos, and the whole table feels warm and cozy. Recommended for Taoyuan gatherings: Bashi Shiguo Zhongli Store!
