Chapter 5: Transformation of the Feet

Recently, the effects of working out have become more and more obvious. My body has started to bulk up, with muscles clearly defined, especially in large muscle groups like the legs and chest. I look like a completely different person from before, basically a sturdy fitness enthusiast now.

At the same time, my feet have also grown larger. The shoes that used to be size 27 now feel tight when I squeeze into them, with my toes pressing against the front, super uncomfortable. Lately, when walking, the soles of my feet feel like they're smoldering, constantly sweating profusely. Socks and even shoes get wet quickly, and even without shoes, just wearing socks makes the entire sole wet within an hour.

With more and more foot sweat, my feet have started to smell. Now, as soon as I take off my shoes, that foot odor bursts out. The power of sweaty feet makes wearing them for half a day feel like they've been stuffed for several days, mixed with the thick fermented stench of sweat from the soles. I had no choice but to throw away all the old smelly and dirty shoes that no longer fit, buy a new pair of size 28.5 shoes first, which feel looser, thinking my feet probably won't keep growing.

That afternoon, I trained legs with Coach Wu again. He sat down first to demonstrate the squat posture for me. His gray old shorts, already yellowed and sweat-soaked from wearing all day, pressed against the chair, and sweat immediately seeped out onto it. When he stood up, you could clearly see a large wet butt print left on the chair surface, two round, darkened sweat stains from being soaked, and if you got close, there was a faint sweaty smell.

After he demonstrated a full set, I started squatting as instructed, but I noticed that when he stood up, the front crotch area of his pants seemed a bit wetter than before.

As my butt touched the chair, that warm, sticky feeling came immediately—all from the sweat Coach Wu had just left! The fabric was wet, like his sweat directly soaking into my butt crack, hot and sticky, with a faint masculine sweat scent drilling into my nostrils. I couldn't help twisting my body. That slippery feeling made me both embarrassed and strangely excited, and sweating in my lower body suddenly increased a lot, as if sweat glands all over my body were becoming active.

The training continued. When I sat on the leg press machine and squat rack, sweat poured from my lower body. My underwear and shorts were completely wet, and I left my own sweat stains on the seat—a huge butt print, round and wet, with sweat crazily seeping from my pants. As my butt crack opened and closed during training, there was suddenly a scratchy feeling of hair rubbing. I never had much body hair on my butt before, but it seemed like in just this short training time, hair had grown all over inside my butt crack...

And now Su Haochen's two butt cheeks and the extending butt crack were covered in dense body hair, each strand blacker and thicker than the last, connecting all the way to the thick, rough leg hair already covering his thighs.

Even with the increase in hair, the sweat glands in his entire butt naturally became several times more developed than before. Now, if he wore white underwear to absorb the thick smelly sweat, the whole pair would become noticeably yellower starting from where it was wedged in.

Moreover, since Su Haochen started chest training, his chest hair and armpit hair have become denser and denser, already covering a layer on his chest, black and thick, almost not much less than Coach Wu's. The armpit hair is even more lush; every time he raises his arms, he feels sweat filling the hair, and the armpit odor is getting thicker and more pungent. From time to time, there are secretions from concentrated smelly sweat fermenting under the arms, making the armpit odor even worse.

And down below, his big dick, stimulated by training these days, feels like the foreskin is getting longer and longer. Even when erect, there's obvious phimosis at the front, harder and harder to pull back. These past two days, it's almost become complete phimosis. Even though Su Haochen can feel obvious wrong changes happening to his body, his brain just thinks this is a normal training change.

As it turned into phimosis with overly long foreskin, cleaning became much more difficult, and hygiene habits got worse and worse. At this point, inside the phimosis of Su Haochen's big dick underneath, quite a bit of smegma had already accumulated, sticky and yellow. After peeing, there's always some white stuff stuck in the foreskin, mixed with constantly secreted prostatic fluid, urine smell and cum smell mixed together. Now the front of his underwear stays wet, dirty, and yellow-stained. If he could pull back the foreskin, he'd probably see a lot of smegma.

As training went on, Coach Wu kept adding weight plates, soon breaking through to 100 kilograms... And at this moment, I noticed that while demonstrating, the front of his pants suddenly showed obvious wet marks, and even a urine smell could be detected... Coach Wu can't control leaking urine when squatting. No wonder his crotch is often wet in a big patch.... Good thing now that I've reached over 100kg squats, my big dick underneath didn't have any strange reaction.

I continued training as instructed, but halfway through a squat at the bottom, just as I was about to stand up, I suddenly heard a "pop" sound. My right foot's shoe actually burst open! The upper split with a big gash, and even the left foot had a clear tear but didn't fully burst. At that moment, a wave of foot odor spread through the air with the burst shoes.

A bit embarrassed, I took off the broken shoes and saw that the entire sock was soaked, with obvious yellow stains on the white sock, the sole yellow and dirty, looking like poor hygiene habits. This sweaty foot odor had become even stronger than before...

Coach Wu walked over, looked at my feet, patted my shoulder and said: "It's okay, I'll give you my old shoes to wear for the rest of the training. I just bought a new pair recently, so why not, I'll just give them to you today."

After Coach Wu finished speaking, he ran to the coach's office, brought out a new pair of shoes, then took off the pair of size 29.5 old shoes still on his feet and handed them to me. My now size 28.5 big feet wearing them would probably feel a bit loose.

Those shoes had just been taken off his feet, still hot and sticky inside, the whole pair filled with a strong pungent foot odor, sour, stuffy, and sweaty smells mixed together, hitting my nose directly. The outside of the shoes was dirty, covered in sweat stains and dust. The insole was even worse—with a large blackened and yellowed foot imprint in the center, deeply indented, edges shiny with oily sweat dirt and black mud stains, looking like accumulated from long-term sweat soaking. The smell was violently emanating from that foot imprint, seeming bigger than both of my feet combined...

This odor was really strong. I felt a bit excited with some indescribable emotion, and put on that pair of old shoes still carrying his body heat. As soon as my feet went in, they were immediately surrounded by that wet, hot, rough feeling. The insole was sticky and slippery, stepping on that black-yellow big footprint position, the insole already so soaked by Coach Wu's sweat that it was seeping sweat back onto my own socks and feet...

Now, after my soles and entire feet went into his dirty smelly old shoes, it felt like directly soaking in his thick foot sweat. The odor seemed to rush up from the soles along with the soaked foot sweat, making my whole foot feel a bit itchy, especially the soles, like something inside the skin was constantly growing. And the sneakers that were a bit loose just now actually gradually became a bit tight instead, making his feet even more stuffy.

What Su Haochen didn't know was that his two thick thighs, calves, and entire soles, muscles and sweat glands were constantly regrowing, becoming thicker and stronger, even growing new large and small sweat glands, surpassing Wu Jianjun, and his body's testosterone concentration was further skyrocketing, forcing sweat glands to produce more concentrated sweat. If collected into a cup, it would probably be directly yellow smelly thick sweat.

The strong testosterone concentration plus the intense growth rate also began stimulating his prostate, making it larger and more engorged. Various gland secretion functions in his lower body also became more intense, but as the glands grew, the control muscles of his urethra and seminal vesicles were directly squeezed. The blood flow maintaining control muscle function was largely taken by the glands, and they would gradually become weaker, smaller, and more powerless. Urine holding, endurance, and ejaculation functions were continuously forced to weaken.

At the same time, Coach Wu put on the clean new shoes he just bought. Those shoes looked brand new and white, currently without any smell or usage marks. I thought, with Coach Wu's physique and hygiene habits, even new shoes would probably get dirty and smelly soon.

Wearing Coach Wu's soaked dirty old shoes, the two continued the remaining training. But in the originally somewhat loose old sneakers, Su Haochen's feet were still getting bigger and thicker, foot hair with crazily proliferating and strengthening sweat glands growing wildly, foot sweat flowing endlessly like a spring. Every movement seemed to make the inside of the shoes wet all over.

Su Haochen's foot odor was also getting stronger and stronger, more and more sour. The skin on his soles became thicker and rougher. The development density of various glands inside the skin far exceeded his previous state. The sweat secretion condition of both feet had already surpassed Coach Wu's original humidity and concentration...

Coach Wu's feet also began to change—originally prone to sweating with strong odor, now foot sweat had greatly reduced, foot odor became fainter. The originally naturally very numerous sweat glands reduced to normal amount. The oversized sweat glands from high-testosterone constitution also returned to normal size, no longer crazily secreting thick masculine sweat. The sole skin, completely opposite to Su Haochen, gradually changed from rough and thick to thin and tender. Foot hair also became sparser and drier. After putting on the new shoes, his feet now felt clean and fresh, with almost no foot sweat.

Training ended. I wore Coach Wu's dirty smelly old shoes home. As foot sweat kept flowing from my soles, the sticky feeling of the black-yellow footprint on the shoe insole grew stronger and stronger, as if melting Coach Wu's previous foot mud dirt and foot stench thick sweat into my own feet. Every few more steps, my whole lower body felt even more engorged and sturdy, and the secretory glands inside my body became even stronger...

If Su Haochen's fresh foot sweat secreted from his soles at this moment were collected, it would probably directly appear yellow and sticky. Even wearing brand new white socks, under Su Haochen's feet they wouldn't last a day before turning yellow and black, with foot odor bursting out.
