Creators can refund a fan’s 3 most recent payments from their Relationship manager as long as they have a Fansone balance to cover the refunded amount. If a creator is having difficulty issuing a refund, they can reach out to our Support team for assistance. Creators can refund charges within 90 days of the processing date. If a creator needs to issue a refund older than 90 days, they can do so off of Fansone.
