The restaurant was packed when we arrived, so I felt awkward taking photos. Before leaving after paying, I tried to snap an ambiance shot, but it came out a bit rushed and blurry..

Even the restroom mirrors are super photogenic—total influencer check-in spots! Love the lighting design inside.

This place is perfect for dates! Quiet, classy atmosphere without being overly formal—feels relaxed and comfortable.

Plus, check out that award plaque from the U.S. Meat Export Federation—you can tell their beef quality is top-notch.

安口餐桌Encore.table Menu

Dining at 安口餐桌Encore.table centers around the six-course set menu, from appetizer to dessert. We choose the main first: options include grilled pork chop, salmon fillet, herb-roasted half chicken, the must-order roasted duck breast, plus impressive U.S. or Japanese steaks. From the first movement to the sixth, each dish is like a note in a symphony, composing the most moving culinary melody.

First Movement: Overture

「Seasonal Salad」opens the show. Choose refreshing honey dressing or rich sesame dressing. Fresh green lettuce pairs with the special sauce, and the purple-tinged veggies add a slight tangy crunch—sorry, we don't know what that veggie is><

Second Movement: Prelude

Next up: 「Golden Autumn Pumpkin Soup」and 「Toasted Cranberry Walnut Bread」. The pumpkin soup is velvety and sweet, warming the stomach. Paired with the crusty toasted bread that has tangy cranberries inside—a savory-sweet, soft-crisp combo that leaves an impression. Though I wish they offered regular multigrain bread instead; the cranberry version is a bit too tangy.

Third Movement: Interlude

Caviar Scallop Zucchini with Truffle Cream Sauce features a golden, crispy seared scallop that's delicious! Inside is sweet, tender sashimi-grade scallop, paired with luxurious caviar and zucchini, drizzled with aromatic truffle cream sauce—every bite is a perfect land-and-sea fusion.

Oyster Seaweed with Shiso Plum Sauce pairs plump fresh oysters with oceanic seaweed, enhanced by unique shiso plum sauce. The sweet-tangy plum sauce beautifully highlights the oyster's freshness. The texture is rich and layered. I was hesitant about such a large oyster, but I tried it anyway and found it so sweet I could chew it and tell DONG how amazing it was—truly impressive.

Golden Egg Cloud Shrimp maximizes the shrimp's umami. Not sure the grade, but the meat is bouncy with great bite, paired with rich shrimp oil and roe, perfectly blending the shrimp's sweetness and aroma.

Fourth Movement: Intermezzo

Before the main, they serve a 「Peach Harmony Clear Sound Peach Vinegar Drink」—perfectly balanced sweet-tart peach vinegar that gently cleanses the palate, resetting the taste buds for the main course.

Fifth Movement: Rondo

Skipping the Roasted Duck Breast here would be a real regret—I'd crown it the king of duck breast in Yilan!

安口餐桌Encore.table's roasted duck breast has a golden crispy skin that crackles enticingly, BUT the meat is amazingly tender and juicy, with none of the usual fishy or dry taste duck can have!! Every bite bursts with the duck's rich aroma, paired with the chef's special sauce—simply divine! If you love duck, this is a must-order; missing it would be heartbreaking.

Look at the inside of this duck breast—truly fresh, tender, and juicy!! We came after seeing IG posts about it; the duck doesn't taste dry at all, and the fat after searing is incredibly fragrant. I couldn't bear to swallow, just kept chewing until I reluctantly did.

Sixth Movement: Coda

Finally, an exquisite dessert of Cloud Mist Milk Cap Basque brings this symphony to a perfect close. I thought the dessert would be ordinary, but it was actually quite good. The Basque cheesecake is dense and smooth, with the light milk cap adding layers—sweet but not cloying, leaving a lasting impression.
