Random Selection Mode Activated──A Serendipitous Food Experience

✨Many shops were closed on the holiday, and the ones we planned to try weren’t open, so we activated random selection mode again, deciding to check out some new places we hadn’t tried.

✨We really wanted danzai noodles, but the navigation led us to a shop that didn’t even have them on the menu. The funniest part was that its sign said xxx Danzai Noodles.

✨The menu had plenty of options, so we ordered mixed fried rice, fried noodles, spinach, garlic pork slices, dried radish scallion omelet, shrimp rolls, and fish skin soup.

✨The shrimp rolls didn’t have whole shrimp inside, but the flavor was decent and came with ketchup on the side.

✨The fish skin soup was pretty disappointing—it tasted like plain water boiled with fish skin, with almost no flavor. It was the least recommended dish at the table.

✨The mixed fried noodles came with generous toppings: shrimp, squid, shredded pork, plus crunchy cabbage and sweet onion, all piled on well-oiled noodles. Every bite had plenty of ingredients, and the noodles were cooked just right—not too dry or mushy. They absorbed the savory sauce perfectly. The shrimp was tasty, the squid fresh and springy, and the cabbage and onion kept some crunch, making the whole dish satisfying without being greasy or overly salty. We kept going bite after bite and finished the plate quickly, still wanting more.

✨The garlic pork slices were also good—thin slices with flavorful garlic soy sauce. It was reliably delicious, not surprising but definitely enjoyable.

✨The mixed fried rice was nice too, but compared to the noodles, we preferred the moist, rich texture of the fried noodles.

✨The scallion omelet with dried radish was a huge plate—felt like four eggs’ worth～ Very filling
