Ah Ru has been eating here for many years
Always wanted to share
But every time I get busy I forget
Who says I'm a noble person??
Hahaha~ O Bei Gong Wei again XD
Then every time I go I think about writing and taking photos

Ah Ru usually comes around 2~3 PM
Often see the shop making pan-fried buns
Those round, plump pan-fried buns look so tempting
Scallion pancake with egg NT$40

Ah Ru always buys scallion pancake with egg
Although it's called scallion pancake
It actually has a bit of meat filling inside
Kind of like a scallion meat pie
Had the pan-fried bun once before
It has a high proportion of vegetables in the filling
Tastes refreshing and smooth
Pretty standard
But for pan-fried buns, I personally prefer the next stall
So every time I just get scallion pancake with egg

Personally prefer adding soy sauce paste
Since the kids eat it too
But seems more people like it spicy
This portion with egg is NT$40
Ah Ru thinks it's quite affordable
Taste is good too
Fried crispy on the outside
The dough has some chewiness
With egg and some greens
The vegetables change with the season
Had tong hao before and it was super delicious
Though the meat filling salt sometimes isn't even
Overall it's tasty
Afternoon hunger satisfied with one!!!
