About This Photoshoot
Issue 7, In the Summer Haze, was born in the humid and sweltering summer of Hangzhou.
Rain lingers on the walls and courtyards of old houses, the air flows slowly, and the light is softened by moisture. Between half-open windows, mottled rooms, and a quiet courtyard, the body is no longer just an object to be viewed, but becomes part of the summer atmosphere. Sweat, rain, skin, and light and shadow intertwine, blurring the contours of time. Those brief and intimate moments are like a summer dream deep in memory—humid, hazy, yet unforgettable.
MESOfotoBOOK Issue 7 invites you into this summer mist, to feel the softest and most real existence of the body amid the ambiguous light and air.
About This Shoot
Issue 7, In the Summer Haze, was created during the humid height of summer in Hangzhou.
Rain lingers on old walls and quiet courtyards. The air moves slowly, softening the light that fills weathered rooms and half-open windows. Within these intimate spaces, the body becomes more than a subject to be observed—it becomes part of the season itself.
Sweat, rain, skin, and light intertwine, blurring the edges of time. These fleeting moments feel like fragments of a summer dream: humid, hazy, and impossible to forget.
MESOfotoBOOK Issue 7 invites you into this suspended season, where desire drifts quietly through light, air, and memory.
