Kometodemi's hamburger steaks are made from a golden ratio of US beef and Taiwanese black pork with no added seasonings or additives. Through unique mixing, kneading, patting, and grilling techniques, the high heat from charcoal sears the surface to lock in the juices, resulting in thick, juicy patties that fully showcase the delicious flavor of charcoal-grilled hamburger steaks!

Signature Honey Sauce Hamburger Steak

The 100% US beef and Taiwanese black pork hamburger steak is incredibly thick! Honey sauce is one of the seven classic Western sauces—more flavorful than gravy. The chef's secret recipe perfectly combines fresh fruits, vegetables, and beef bone broth, infusing the sauce with collagen and natural sweetness from the bones. Heavy-flavor lovers will definitely enjoy it—it's perfect with rice! I thought I couldn't finish the rice, but after one bite of the honey sauce hamburger steak, I couldn't stop adding more!

Rice, soup, cabbage, and potato salad at Kometodemi can all be refilled once for free! So generous~

Mushroom Truffle White Sauce Hamburger Steak

Known as the "diamond of the kitchen" for its elegant aroma, the mushroom truffle white sauce hamburger steak fills the air with fragrance upon arrival. The handmade patty blended with creamy white sauce and black truffle delivers an unforgettable rich aroma. Paired with thick, tender meat, it turns you into a regular customer with just one bite!

Sesame Napa Cabbage

A must-have Japanese side dish with sesame dressing—sesame paired with refreshing napa cabbage is very appetizing and delicious!

Nutty Vegetable Salad

I love Kometodemi not only for satisfying meat cravings but also for offering many healthy choices. The nutrition is balanced, and the salad is refreshing and guilt-free—perfect for bringing kids!

Cheese Sauce Chicken Bites

Cheese sauce with chicken bites is an all-time favorite—crispy chicken paired with sweet cheese sauce that both adults and kids will love!

Juicy Sausages

These mouthwatering sausages are springy and chewy with evenly balanced lean and fat meat. The perfect portion for two—having one after the hamburger steak is a great choice!

Ketchup Crispy Fries

I love the crispiness of these fries! Thin fries that are super crunchy, almost like crackers—dipping them in ketchup is absolutely delicious!

Coming from Japan, Kometodemi is truly delicious. Hamburger steak is a beloved national dish in Japan, featuring beautifully seared and generously portioned charcoal-grilled patties paired with signature sauces that taste amazing. The portions are very satisfying—leaving you completely content after eating! Kometodemi's bright, spacious, and comfortable seating makes it perfect for the whole family to enjoy together~
