✨ I tried it once a long time ago and suddenly felt like coming back recently to reminisce. But when I got there this time, I found the business has really become super good, with people waiting outside all the time. Luckily, we ordered while queuing, so the dishes started arriving one after another not long after we sat down.
✨ The funniest part was that customers who sat down before us were still waiting, while we were already halfway through our meal. It just goes to show that next time you visit a busy place like this, you should really check the menu at home first and order right away to save a lot of waiting time.
✨ This time I ordered the Sichuan Chili Oil Wonton, which comes with five huge pieces plus a few stalks of bok choy on the side. The wontons are really substantial—you start feeling full by the third one, and the rest is just a challenge to your stomach capacity. However, the seasoning was more sour than I expected, which wasn’t to my taste.
✨ The blanched vegetables this time included broccoli, which made me really happy the moment I saw it. Many noodle shops usually serve water spinach, Chinese broccoli, or sweet potato leaves as the top three options, so seeing broccoli was genuinely touching. The portion was also very generous—not just a few florets, but a whole plate that looked sincere. This dish actually left a great impression on me.
✨ The Shrimp Wonton Dry Noodles still tasted familiar. The shrimp weren’t small and had a strong presence. The wontons were just as large, and combined with the dry noodles, the portion was actually quite impressive.
✨ The Pork Wonton Dry Noodles—I remember them being on the lighter side before, but that was when I ordered soup noodles. This time with dry noodles, my colleague said it was very salty. Maybe because the sauce is more concentrated on dry noodles, the flavor felt completely different. The noodle portion was also generous, but I couldn’t finish it all, mainly because the wontons are so huge that just a few already give you a strong sense of fullness.
