🌟It's been a while since I last ate here, and this time it came to mind again, so I came back to relive the flavors. We ordered the Ginger Pork Rice Set, Light Broth Ramen, and Karaage Chicken Set Meal. Luckily, the Ginger Pork Rice Set had a special offer that day, dropping from the original NT$129 to NT$99. Seeing the price made me feel like I'd scored a deal, and I immediately knew coming here today was the right choice.

🌟The Ginger Pork Rice Set was also the fastest to arrive among the three. When served, it still had that familiar burst of colors, making the whole plate look lively. I have to say, the restaurant really puts thought into the plating. Instead of just stuffing the veggies into the bowl, they separate the different colored sides, making it look abundant and tempting to photograph first. It includes bell peppers, dried bamboo shoots, purple sweet potato, carrot, boiled egg, cabbage, broccoli, corn, and small green peppers. With so many side dishes, it's hard to get bored while eating.

🌟The Light Broth Ramen and the set meal are actually quite similar in content, the main difference being one comes with rice and the other with noodles. The ramen also includes extra ginger slices for flavoring. The broth contains kombu, bonito flakes, purple sweet potato, carrot, boiled egg, cabbage, broccoli, and corn. The whole bowl is equally colorful, giving it a strong visual presence.

🌟Among the sides, I especially like the crispy fried small green peppers—the coating is fragrant and doesn't carry a strong green pepper taste. The purple sweet potato is also quite sweet, serving as a nice little dessert among the sides. The baby bok choy is more ordinary, and I don't particularly favor it.

🌟The Karaage Chicken Set Meal is still the type that feels abundant the moment it's served, with main dish, sides, and soup all included. The portion is really generous. I personally love the dried bamboo shoots—they're flavorful and delicious. The miso soup is smooth and pairs perfectly with the whole set. I was already full halfway through and had to push through on willpower alone. In the end, I had to ask the owner to pack the rest. The karaage chicken tastes a bit salty, but the skin still has aroma, making it better with rice.
