鴨香飽 was formerly known as "A Ling Noodle Shop," established in 1990 at the traditional Xihu Market. You can still see the original A Ling Noodle Shop sign inside!
The interior of 鴨香飽 is very clean and bright, no wonder many families come here for dinner. When you visit 鴨香飽, you have to try the duck meat! If you prefer noodles, order the duck meat noodles and choose your preferred noodle type. For rice lovers, we recommend the duck minced rice, topped with a runny poached egg! This bowl of dry duck noodles is absolutely delicious! It comes loaded with duck meat and the sauce makes it even better!
The duck meat pieces are huge, with a bouncy texture that's easy to chew. After adding the sauce, it's glossy, savory, and addictive - you just can't stop eating!
Today I chose mi tai mu noodles - it's been a while and they're so chewy! The savory sauce pairs perfectly, and I love the pickled vegetables added inside. So satisfying!
Minced Rice $60
Such a generous bowl for only $60 - what a great deal! A customer favorite, the duck minced rice comes with tender duck meat and crispy fried shallots. The flavor is spot on.
Plenty of shredded duck meat! Just as delicious after adding the sauce.
The duck has a nice chew, the skin is glossy and bouncy, and the rice grains are perfectly separate. Drizzled with duck oil and shallots, it's incredibly fragrant and goes perfectly with rice!
Mix the poached egg into the rice and watch the yolk flow out! Eating it together makes it even more flavorful.
Side Dishes
鴨香飽's side dishes are special - they even have sweet and spicy fried items! Large pieces with a bouncy texture, really tasty!

First time seeing wonton soup this cheap! Absolutely amazing! The wontons are huge with lots of filling and thin skin. Incredible value!
