This Fuchi brunch was accidentally spotted by Fen Yuan
It's on the first floor of a famous residence inside the alley. A small shop, very minimalist
The space inside is not large, the seating area is quite close together, and there aren't many indoor dining seats
But overall it's very clean and minimalist, very comfortable
There's only one ordering counter, indoor dining and takeout are together, and behind it is the open kitchen
The menu is just one sheet,

The black tea is just regular black tea, coffee milk tastes slightly bitter, not much milk flavor

The egg has a rich flavor with a hint of sweetness, delicious

Fen Yuan actually came for this, because few places have this kind of potato patty,
You can really taste the potato flavor and texture,
The shop fries it very crispy, crunchy outside and soft inside,
But... it's super small... haha
4. Sautéed Mushroom Egg Sandwich: NT$65
This sandwich has a thin fried egg and freshly sautéed king oyster mushrooms inside,
The king oyster mushrooms are very tender, but it feels... very empty... because... it's super small
5. Spicy Fuchi Cheese Meat Egg (Pork): NT$85
This sandwich is more substantial, with a freshly pan-fried meat patty, paired with crispy cucumber to reduce greasiness
The cheese inside makes the flavor richer
But at this price... honestly, it's a bit high

This toast has a layer of cream and a layer of cinnamon sauce
The cinnamon sauce has a light cinnamon aroma, the cream makes the flavor richer,
This shop has relatively high prices, leaning toward traditional breakfast + artsy style
