Wai'an Fishing Port Viewpoint is in Xiji Wai'an Village, just search 'Wai'an Fishing Port Viewpoint' on Google Map to arrive. Starting from Magong city district, follow County Road 203 westward, cross the sea bridge and then head towards Xiji, riding for about half an hour, you'll see that blue and white building shining on the hillside.
This place is considered one of the farthest attractions in Penghu, it really takes some time to drive from Magong, but it's quite worth it
