Florence Resort Villa, Cingjing, Nantou County, was established in 2004. There are a total of three different styles of accommodations within the Florence Resort Villa area, including the elegant and exquisite Italian Country Castle, the luxurious and classical Baroque Palace of Constantinople, and the romantic classic European Garden Pavilion.
In 2011, Florence Resort Villa also established a chocolate brand 'Cingjing Nina Chocolate Workshop', producing the most natural and delicious chocolate in an environment suitable for chocolate making, in Cingjing, which has a climate closest to Europe. Later, the team spent many years to build a chocolate-themed 'Nina Chocolate Dream Castle' in Puli Taomi Eco Village, attracting many visitors and becoming one of the famous tourist attractions around Sun Moon Lake.

In August 2021, various Instagram-worthy themed suites were newly created, including pink suite, industrial suite, wooden suite, and Emerald City suite. The room I stayed in, Italian Country Castle - Scenic View Double Room 1301, has an area of 13 pings (about 43 sq. meters), providing a spacious space.
