It is said that 樹院子蔬食火鍋 and 蓮荷蔬食創意料理 were founded by the same operators, and the dining area of 樹院子 is actually a separate space divided from 蓮荷蔬食. On weekdays, when 樹院子蔬食火鍋 is in normal operation, it offers a distinctive all-you-can-eat vegetarian hot pot; on weekends when 樹院子 is closed, the space reverts to 蓮荷蔬食's dining area, demonstrating the flexible operational model and space utilization between the two.
樹院子蔬食火鍋 specializes in refined all-you-can-eat vegetarian hot pot dishes. In addition to the main hot pot items, the menu also offers popular à la carte dishes, flavored pizzas, and desserts.
The all-you-can-eat hot pot is the focus of the restaurant, offering up to nine distinctive soup bases to choose from. The pumpkin milk soup base tasted that day was rich in flavor with a smooth, warm texture and slightly thick consistency, offering a mild taste.
The vegetables in the self-service bar all appeared fresh, but the vegetarian meatballs had a konjac-like texture that I personally did not prefer. However, the mapo tofu was savory and spicy, pairing perfectly with rice, which I enjoyed very much.
As the meal was coming to an end, the staff proactively offered a jelly dessert as an after-meal treat, bringing a warm conclusion to this vegetarian hot pot feast.
