This Volve Hotel is Hyatt Group's new partner hotel
Why is it called a partner hotel?
Because it's within the group, you can book through the official website, but you can't accumulate points or get benefits for elite members
Although this hotel is a three-star hotel, it has a great sense of design and good texture
It's about a 3-minute walk from BTS Thong Lo station
This hotel opened in 2016, but it feels very new
The overall design of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, feels natural, fresh and full of greenery,
There is a small cafe outside the entrance,
After entering, the front desk is on the left, small and minimalist
The staff is super friendly,
There is a small bread cabinet at the counter, because there is a small area in the hotel selling bread~~
The bread here is not cheap in Bangkok, but the quality is really good
When checking in, you will be given a welcome drink,
It's lime iced tea, which can refresh you, and refills are also available~~
Opposite the counter is a public area where you can rest or have afternoon tea
The flower installation art is very eye-catching, fresh and designed
Further inside there is a long table public area with sockets available on the table
At the bottom there are various bottled beers for sale,
There are also some board games and toys next to it, a space for adults and children to rest
There are also toilets available at the bottom
There is only one elevator next to the counter to go upstairs,
There is a simple display of the hotel's award trophies from different booking platforms
This hotel is not tall, only six floors,
The basement floor is the restaurant, the first floor is the counter and public space,
There is a sky garden on the 6th floor,
This time staying on the 5th floor, the simple and green design when you come out feels very comfortable
There are not many rooms here, only 7 rooms per floor, this time staying in the smallest room type
After entering, I found that although the room space is not large, it is very comfortable
On the left side of the entrance is a hidden closet, on the right is the bathroom and Mini Bar
There is a small luggage rack available by the wall
There are spare umbrellas in the closet, very thoughtful
Hangers/ safe/ indoor slippers/ hair dryer, all in the closet
The corner Mini Bar is also eye-catching, with tea bags/ snacks/ free bottled water on it
Looking closer at the shelf, there are 5 kinds of snacks, 3 of which are local packaged snacks,
The other two are handmade cookie-type snacks, which are delicious
There are also coconut drinks and orange juice....
These... all free!!!
Next to it is a small card introducing the handmade snacks,
If you need more glass bottled water, you can tell the staff
Among the tea bags there is also red label Thai milk tea, very local
There is a kettle available in the drawer below
The bathroom at the entrance is small, with the toilet at the shower door
Maybe the space is too small, the magnifying glass is actually on the right corner wall at the entrance,
Hand towels/ towels/ bath towels/ body lotion/ cups/ toiletries, all placed on the table against the wall on the right
Toiletries are complete/ soap/ toothbrush set/ shower cap/ cotton pads etc...
The sink is small, right next to the shower,
Not much space to put things
The shower space is okay, toiletries are on the wall, and conditioner is provided, very thoughtful
The water volume is large and comfortable to wash
The shower products used in the hotel smell good and wash well
Further inside is the room space~~
There are two pendant reading lights at the bedside,
There are international sockets available at the bedside, and the curtain switch is also on the wall
The front of the bed is a built-in TV, and you can also connect your phone to watch videos!!
The small desk next to it also hides surprises,
If you need to borrow an iron/ yoga mat/ pillow/ power bank/ charging cable, you can tell the housekeeping staff
There are plenty of sockets on the wall, very sufficient
There is a nearby food, drink and entertainment map and MRT map on the table, very thoughtful
Many choices There are also many Michelin restaurants nearby, worth trying if you have the chance
This hotel has a sky garden on the 6th floor,
It feels like an urban oasis when you go in, perfect for sitting and relaxing when the weather is good
The overall environment of this hotel is very comfortable and relaxing,
It lacks the standardization and commercial atmosphere of typical Hyatt Group hotels, making it very relaxing
