The popular wine bar near Technology Building Station, Little Attic Let It Go, with its super atmospheric environment paired with various creative cocktails, is really perfect for after work! Thursday's Super Fun one-day bartender was filmed at Little Attic Let It Go. After seeing the beautiful and unique cocktails, I really want to try them. The store's atmosphere is lazy and comfortable, and the key is that the meals are really delicious, not sloppy at all! Highly recommend the Spanish pork with pickled vegetables~
Little Attic Let It Go store environment
Located near Technology Building MRT station, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk there, very convenient. The store exterior doesn't look big, but the interior is high-ceilinged so it's particularly comfortable and spacious~
The store has high ceilings, so it looks particularly spacious with good views. The high arched liquor cabinet behind the bar is really beautiful~ A design that blends modern and retro elements, really unique~
Low-key luxury fused with Eastern and Western elements, every detail is carefully designed, dining here is really comfortable~
Today I sat on the second floor, the second floor layout is like individual small private rooms, divided by U-shaped seating, very suitable for friends' birthday gatherings or couples' dates~ Great for parties!
Looking down from the second floor is very beautiful! The overall environment design combines Chinese and Western cultures, making people feel comfortable and atmospheric~
Norwegian smoked salmon tower
This appetizer is very appetizing, with a unique texture, very suitable for a refreshing summer meal! I recommend taking a big bite to experience the layers of different ingredients!
Spanish pork with pickled vegetables
As soon as it was served, my friend and I kept saying how fragrant it is! The pork is very chewy and bouncy, paired with the vegetables on the side, it's very palate-cleansing and refreshing!
The Spanish pork skin is crispy with a bit of saltiness, one bite and you can taste the original pork flavor, it's so delicious that my friend and I wanted to order a bowl of white rice to go with it~~
Red curry tomato fried shrimp
This dish is highly recommended, there's focaccia on the side to dip in, we both think the bread basket should be fuller because the sauce is really addictive!
The shrimp inside is plentiful, each one is large and bouncy, soaked in the sauce, it's very addictive~
Eating it with bread soaked in the sauce is also delicious, the bread becomes softer after absorbing the sauce, the texture is very tasty~
Brownie sundae
Dessert is my favorite chocolate brownie! Topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with sauce made from red wine and vinegar, it not only balances the brownie's sweetness but also adds a bit of acidity to prevent it from being too sweet. Even after the ice cream melts, the brownie absorbs it and becomes softer; I love it!
Today's main event is to try Little Attic Let It Go's cocktails. The menu from NO.1 to NO.15, each cocktail's name is super unique, you can't tell what it is just from the name, but there's detailed description below about the sweetness, acidity, bitterness, or saltiness. If you can't decide, you can ask the staff for recommendations~ The two I ordered today were recommended based on our preferences~
No.10

This one tastes sour and sweet, very suitable for girls! The sour and sweet balance is good, and the alcohol isn't too strong~
No.1

This one is very special! The cheese foam on top is great! You have to drink it with the foam and the liquid together to get the layers~
