This time we planned a three-day two-night mini trip
The first day was spent staying at
Sun Moon Lake Ruiju Resort Hotel
The hotel is located in Yuchi Township, Nantou,
and is not far from Sun Moon Lake, Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village
or Puli
Transportation-wise it's quite convenient
Plus the garden area of the resort is very spacious
with pine trees and garden landscaping
As soon as the car drives in
it has a strong vacation vibe!!
The resort has plenty of parking spaces
No need to worry about parking
Aru also spotted Tesla charging stations
Very convenient for travelers!!
The high-ceiling lobby
is very grand and imposing
Combined with bright natural lighting
it's extremely comfortable!!

Check in after 4:00 PM
Check out before 11:00 AM
Each floor has water dispensers
available for self-service
Both convenient and eco-friendly!!
Today we stayed in the Fashionable Quad Room
The room is quite spacious
with two standard double beds
The walkway in between is wide
Even if we spread out both suitcases
there's still plenty of space!!
Power outlets at the bedside
Since people nowadays are inseparable from their 3C devices
charging anytime is no problem!!
Thoughtfully provided paper slippers below
Making it easy and comfortable to wear indoors
Even better, there's a small balcony
with an excellent view outside
A whole stretch of lush green mountain scenery
Instantly makes one feel refreshed and relaxed!!!
The vanity table important for ladies is right by the window
Bright lighting so no worries about makeup
Ending up looking like a glamorous diva ((laughs))
The room comes with four bottles of mineral water
Plus a thermos flask
Convenient if you want instant noodles at night ((laughs))
The cups feature the hotel's patterned design
Also includes four packs of Sun Moon Lake black tea bags
So you can enjoy local specialty tea right at the hotel
There's also a mini fridge below
If you stroll around Ita Thao Pier
you can buy drinks to chill!!
The bathroom features a wet-dry separation design
with an exterior window
to help prevent moisture issues
Amenities are quite complete
Razor, shower cap, toothpaste, toothbrush... everything is provided
The view from the balcony is super charming
Surrounded by lush greenery
Feel the breeze
Listen to the sounds of insects and birds
So relaxing!!
If you don't want to go far at night
you can dine directly at Zhen Manyi Restaurant!!
Waking up in the morning
strolling around the resort grounds
The air is excellent
Indeed the mountain air
is different from the city!!
This building is super unique
with a strong exotic charm!!
Breakfast hours are 7:00-9:00
Seating times: 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30
The restaurant space is also very large
Even tour groups won't be a problem
There are quite a few breakfast options
Chinese-style congee and side dishes
Western-style toast and salad available
One thoughtful detail I noticed is
Even if we chose the last time slot
arriving at 8:30
there was still plenty of food
Nothing was missing because of the timing!!
Iced milk tea
The dishes are quite varied
Many freshly stir-fried items
Nothing is skimped on!!!
Take whatever you like
Start your day full of energy
My son loves their stir-fried noodles
He finished the whole plate by himself
Plus the stir-fried wild boar meat seasoning is excellent
Perfectly savory and goes great with rice
Definitely not inferior to outside restaurants!!!
Overall
Ruiju Resort Hotel is truly a very relaxing place
Elegant grounds, spacious rooms
Plus affordable room rates
It's really a great accommodation choice for Nantou travel!!
