粉圓 has eaten at 品冠客家小館 many times,

It is really 粉圓's favorite, the dishes are delicious and affordable

This time coming again, let's unbox the latest menu and the dishes eaten this time

The menu content has hardly changed,

Only the prices have been slightly adjusted to reflect the rising prices in the past two years

The price increase is quite reasonable,

1. Fried Egg with Whitebait: NT$248

This is a dish super suitable for kids, full of whitebait with a light natural salty aroma,

Delicate and easy to eat, also full of calcium, suitable for kids and elders

And the chef's heat control is just right, with a bit of charred aroma, making it even more appetizing

2. Diced Chicken with Cashew Nuts: NT$248

Cashews are crisp, chicken cubes are firm,

Simple seasoning preserves the unique aroma of cashews without overpowering the sweetness of the chicken,

Both adults and kids love it

3. Pineapple Shrimp Balls: NT$398

Topped with plenty of sweet salad dressing,

The shrimp balls below are plump, crispy outside and soft inside with a bouncy texture

4. Scallion Braised Tofu: NT$136

This is a more home-style dish,

Just using plenty of scallions with simple soy sauce to cook fried firm tofu

The sweet aroma of scallions makes the whole dish more rounded

5. Hakka Salt Baked Chicken: NT$298

This salt baked chicken is indeed the signature dish, seems made with free-range chicken,

So the meat is firmer and elastic, you can taste the natural sweetness of the chicken

6. Green Pepper Beef: NT$248

Green pepper beef also performs very well, the beef is lightly seasoned with soy sauce first

The natural sweetness of the green peppers does not overpower the meat aroma of the beef

Soft with a crisp bite, very delicious

7. Cashew Shrimp: NT$398

The shrimp is very bouncy and fresh, the cashews are very crisp

Eating both ingredients together gives more layered texture

Unexpectedly a great match

8. Hakka Salted Pork: NT$248

First time ordering Hakka salted pork, the meat is a bit dry,

Pairing with a bit of vinegar sauce makes the meat texture more moist,

9. Seasonal Vegetables: NT$108

Their seasonal vegetables are stir-fried very well,

Not greasy, and very crisp

10. Shredded Pork with Leek Flowers: NT$248

Shredded pork with leek flowers is also something 粉圓 fell in love with after eating once

Light and tender leek flowers paired with soft and tender shredded pork

Seasoned with plenty of pepper, salty with a hint of peppery spiciness, goes great with rice

11. Salted Crispy Squid: NT$288

Salted crispy squid also performs very well, although fried, it has no greasy feeling

Very crispy coating wrapping the bouncy and fresh squid,

Great whether paired with rice or beer

12. Hakka Stir-Fry: NT$268

Hakka stir-fry is also a signature in the restaurant, with good wok hei and rich sauce aroma

Squid is bouncy, tofu is salty and aromatic, goes great with rice

13. Oil Stick Loofah Clams: NT$298

First time ordering this dish and was amazed,

Loofah is soft and tender, clams are fresh and sweet, oil sticks are crispy

After absorbing the sweetness of the loofah, the oil sticks are also delicious

14. Chilled Edamame: Complimentary

The slightly sour chilled edamame is super appetizing,

Edamame is rich in protein, super suitable for elders and kids

15. Scallion Beef: NT$248

Scallion beef is also a dish 粉圓 often orders

Plenty of scallions, beef is very soft and tender, pairs super well with rice

16. Ginger Shredded Intestines: NT$248

Ginger shredded intestines is also one of the signatures of this restaurant

The intestines are super cleanly prepared, and it's real large intestine, not substituted with small intestine

The sourness is just right, very appetizing

Although the ginger shreds are not young ginger, the spiciness is more sufficient this way

17. Fruits: Complimentary

The owner said, because dining in includes service fee, so fruits are provided

The fruits are really generous, different every time, and at least 3-4 kinds of local fruits

Most importantly... they are all very sweet~~

You can see they are very careful even in selecting fruits

18. Red Bean Soup: Complimentary

The complimentary sweet soup is not sloppy at all,

Full of delicate and soft red beans, really a perfect dessert

This 品冠客家小館 is really 粉圓's favorite,

Every dish is delicious, and very worth the price~~~
