Cona's Nina Chocolate originally came from Qingjing, Nantou, and was initially a chocolate workshop located on a high mountain at about 1,755 meters above sea level, hoping to share the delicious taste of chocolate and cocoa culture with more people.
In July 2018, Cona's Nina Chocolate Dream Castle was established in the Taomi Community of Puli, Nantou.
The entire castle is designed with the concept of a European castle, combining ornate elements of medieval, Rococo, and Baroque styles to create a themed park that offers tourism, experiences, and chocolate knowledge.
Through light shows, interactive chocolate light-and-shadow knowledge walls, and various display facilities, visitors can learn about the production and development history of cocoa and chocolate while touring the castle.
The following ticket types are currently available:
Tickets also offer consumption discounts, but the actual discount method and applicable rules are subject to on-site announcements.
※ Ticket prices, experience activities, and promotional rules may change; it is recommended to confirm the latest official information before departure.
The first-floor hall is a very atmospheric space in the entire castle.
The ornate palace-style decor, combined with crystal chandeliers, dark wood elements, and exquisite decorations, gives the feeling of being in a European castle upon entering.
The venue also features a scheduled light show, using lighting and projection effects to create different visual displays; visitors should check the on-site schedule during their visit.
In addition, the first floor has a chocolate merchandise sales area where visitors can choose various chocolates, gift boxes, and souvenirs. After touring the castle, they can also purchase some to take home.
For those looking for a special experience, palace costume dress-up experiences are also available.
The venue offers a variety of ornate palace-style costumes; visitors can choose their favorite style to dress up and take photos in the castle setting, which is perfect for photography enthusiasts or those wanting a unique travel memento.
Actual costume styles, fees, and experience rules are subject to on-site announcements.
Next, start the tour from the third floor.
The third floor mainly features an experience space for chocolate knowledge and cocoa culture, where visitors can see chocolate-related introductions and the chocolate production line to learn about the process from cocoa beans to finished products.
The walls also display the history of chocolate and the development of cocoa, introduced through images and text, so the visit is not just for photos but also to better understand the story behind chocolate.
One particularly eye-catching feature is the giant colorful chocolate art wall, with its large, brightly colored chocolate shapes that stand out and serve as a popular photo spot in the venue.
The second floor has a DIY classroom where visitors can experience making chocolate by hand, suitable for family outings and for friends who enjoy hands-on chocolate making.
In addition to the DIY classroom, there is an Italian ice cream sales area and a cellar-style rest and dining space.
The venue's Italian ice cream comes in various chocolate flavors made with chocolate from different origins; visitors can choose according to their preference.
Besides the indoor castle, the outdoor space of Nina Chocolate Dream Castle is also worth exploring.
The garden area is styled in European palace fashion, featuring European-style fountains, classical statues, landscaped arches, and marble pavilions. Paired with the castle architecture, it creates a strong European castle atmosphere for photos.
The garden area also offers a splash paint art DIY experience.
To participate, first purchase a canvas and receive a special protective raincoat at the first-floor gift box area, then take the canvas and raincoat to the splash paint plaza or designated painting area.
Visitors can then unleash their creativity to create their own colorful artwork.
This DIY method has no fixed answers, allowing both adults and children to create different styles according to their preferences.
