To be honest, we first discovered this store while waiting at a red light. We were attracted by the wooden decor paired with the white signboard and wondered what kind of amazing store it was. We thought it might look impressive but taste ordinary. Since it's close to home and open late, we decided to try it. Unexpectedly, this place is a great spot for late-night eating in Zhonghe. Even at 11 PM, the store is still packed with people—it's really something!

The interior is equally comfortable and bright. Unlike the cramped feel of typical snack shops, Busan Flying Pig's space is well-planned, making dining feel relaxed and comfortable with separated seating areas. The decor really resembles Korean stores; the open kitchen lets you smell the enticing aromas wafting from it, making the wait for food full of anticipation

Busan Flying Pig Menu

The main recommended item isn't complicated—it's simply pork soup noodles. If you like a spicy kick, you can choose the spicy version, but I personally think this store's mild spice is quite hot; after eating DONG, I was even sweating all over..

If you don't want soup noodles, they also offer dry mixed noodles. Other options include side dishes like soy-marinated soft-boiled eggs, Korean kimchi, Korean bean sprouts, etc.

Before the main course arrives, let's start with some appetizers. This plate of Korean bean sprouts is refreshing and crisp with simple seasoning, yet addictive bite after bite. We also ordered an extra soy-marinated soft-boiled egg. This onsen egg tastes like the ones from Haoshiduo, but paired with the store's special sauce, it's really delicious~ However, personally, I think their side dishes are small in portion and relatively expensive compared to the main courses. We only ordered sides the first time and skipped them afterward.. the portions are just too small

Ta-da! This is the long-awaited "Spicy Pork Soup Noodles"

The bright red broth topped with plenty of seaweed strips and green onions is visually stunning! This bowl of spicy pork noodles broth seems to be made from pork bones simmered with vegetables and fruits for a long time. It tastes warm and rich with a sweet freshness, while the spiciness quickly spreads from the tip of the tongue—not the choking kind of heat, but the familiar Korean-style spice~ Although the store calls it mild spice, it actually tastes like medium spice to me; drinking it leaves a slight burning sensation in the throat

The pork slices are quite generous. Though they're small but thick cuts of pork belly, each piece is soaked with the broth's essence and the meat is tender without being tough, with a slightly crisp texture when bitten. It really makes you want to add another portion of meat to enjoy the pleasure of eating big bites of meat

Look at the noodles being lifted by chopsticks~ The noodles are full of spicy broth, making your appetite soar just looking at them. I really love Busan Flying Pig's elastic noodles; they pair perfectly with the broth, and every bite is satisfying. Plus, such an authentic and delicious bowl of pork soup noodles is cheap with high CP value—completely a budget-friendly late-night option in Zhonghe

If you can't handle spice or want to taste the purest sweetness of the pork bone broth, then "Original Pork Noodles" is definitely your top choice! This bowl is truly my number one!!

Although like the spicy version it's packed with pork belly slices and seaweed, the broth is a clear milky white, equally warm and smooth to drink, but with a natural sweetness that lingers in the mouth after swallowing, without any greasy aftertaste

The pork slices in the original pork noodles are equally outstanding. Without the spicy sauce, the natural sweetness of the pork stands out more. The slices are cut to perfect thickness—tender and springy. Even eaten alone, you can taste the pure pork flavor, and combined with the sweet broth, it's super satisfying

Busan Flying Pig Korean Pork Noodle Specialty - Zhonghe Store leaves a deep impression with its dining environment, food quality, and CP value. It really matches what the flag outside says: if you haven't tried it, come give it a taste—you'll become a regular after just one visit. Especially their pork soup noodles let you enjoy authentic Korean flavors at a cheap price, plus they're open late into the night, making it the perfect late-night choice in Zhonghe! If you're a pork soup noodle lover or looking for a high CP value late-night eatery in Zhonghe, Busan Flying Pig definitely won't disappoint you!
