To address the patient's anal stenosis, Dr. Mi put on 48 cm long latex gloves and first gently dilated the anus. Then, their fist and forearm entered the rectum, reaching the sigmoid colon, where they felt a membrane and navigated around the intestinal bend. Next, Dr. Mi inserted their other hand simultaneously, successfully achieving complete dilation of the patient's anus.
