Episode 3: The Hero and the Embodiment of Evil

After recovering, the hero tracks the dark mage to the secret chamber. The mage, driven to desperation, chooses to transform into a monster to confront the hero. The hero is about to fall into the sunless secret chamber, becoming a tool for the monster to absorb energy.
