Two months' time
The distance of several cities
Has interrupted the habit of spontaneously meeting each other

No daily warm inquiries about each other's well-being
Nor constant messaging
Occasionally a single greeting
Is enough to maintain the tacit understanding

: Are you free during tomorrow's free period?

What really makes people look forward to school starting
Is never the brand new daily routine
