I started wearing tight gym pants to the gym.
Compression pants + loose tank top, locked below, the cage outline particularly obvious under the lights.
When squatting, pants tighten, butt and crotch lines fully exposed; when deadlifting, crotch pushed forward, the bulge more prominent.
Gym has many mirrors, I deliberately stand in front of the mirror doing movements, looking at the outline under my crotch, watching others sneak peeks from behind and sides.
Once doing leg press, the coach came over to adjust my posture, gaze clearly swept downward, paused for two seconds, then said “straighten your waist a bit more”.
At that moment my mind went blank, only one thought left: Been discovered, been seen, they know I'm wearing the lock while working out.
Mentally already completely let go.
From fearing exposure, to secretly anticipating, then to actively creating opportunities.
That feeling of “everyone is watching, but no one dares to say”, too fucking addictive.
