It's been a long time since I relaxed properly in Kenting! This time, I arranged a light trip to Kenting with my family and specially chose this fair-faced concrete style B&B that I've been following for a long time——The Light Inn.
Located at Houbi Lake, The Light Inn is famous for its unique modern architectural lines, large glass windows, and unbeatable sea views. Here, sunlight casts varying light and shadows on the concrete walls throughout the day, making every casual shot look like a design magazine cover! The Light Inn is located in the Houbi Lake area of Hengchun, featuring a white fair-faced concrete composite building with a strong design sense. The entire structure uses geometric cuts and box windows to naturally bring sunlight indoors, truly living up to the name "Light Inn."
Friends driving here don't need to worry about parking! The Light Inn has a dedicated parking lot with ample space.
The parking lot is surrounded by lush trees and flowers. After parking, you can immediately breathe in the fresh sea breeze and mountain air of Kenting, full of ritualistic charm!
The first-floor lobby features a warm, cozy wooden industrial style, with books, minimalist decorations, and bicycles, creating a casual and comfortable home-like atmosphere.
The public space on the third floor provides a water dispenser and slipper sanitizer
for guests to stay hygienic and at ease.
We stayed in a spacious quad room this time. Upon entering, we were immediately captivated by the towering high ceilings and cement walls! The minimalist fair-faced concrete style has excellent texture, with no unnecessary ornate decorations, instead giving a stable and calm sense of relaxation.
The room is equipped with two comfortable double beds, with wooden patchwork and red brick walls as visual highlights at the headboard, adding warmth to the cool-toned concrete space.
The shower area is also spacious, with pleasantly scented toiletries
After a good night's sleep, what we look forward to most is the breakfast at The Light Inn! Breakfast here is served as individual plated sets
The breakfast plating is colorful and exquisite, making one's appetite whet just by looking.
That day's breakfast included: crispy freshly baked croissants, tender American-style scrambled eggs, German sausages, steamed pumpkin, fresh vegetable salad, yogurt with nuts, fresh fruits (banana, passion fruit, dragon fruit, etc.), paired with a rich cup of coffee or beverage, enjoyed in the sunlit dining room—truly energizing for the new day!
