Origin of Old Beijing Zhajiangmian

Located in Taipei City's Songshan District, "Old Beijing Zhajiangmian" opened in 2014 and has over 10 years of history, quietly standing in the alley near Taipei Arena, drawing many foodies. The owner brought hometown dishes to Taiwan, sharing the nostalgic taste of northern noodles that he misses so much, now available for Taiwanese to enjoy.

Paired with heaps of pork chunks, the pork is fragrant without being greasy, the bean sauce is savory and hearty, the texture smooth, and finally topped with seemingly endless free cucumber shreds that refreshingly cut through the richness, making you want bite after bite nonstop.
