🔥 Letting Go of Jealousy and Resentment from Offenses🤬「They Are Still HAPPY, While I Finally Choose to Let Go of Myself.💔」 💥🖤

🌙 Letting Go and Releasing Resentment: Jealousy, Offense, and Trauma Don’t Have to Become a Lifetime Cage

Some wounds hurt the most not because “something happened,” but because after it happened, the other person seems completely unaffected.

They’re still happy, gathering, living, taking photos, smiling brightly; while you might be alone in the quiet of night, replaying the offenses you once suffered, growing angrier and more aggrieved the more you think about it.

“Why am I the one who got hurt?”

“Why can the person who did wrong still live so happily?”

“Am I the only one trapped in this?”

(´;ω;`)💭

Later I slowly realized that what trauma truly needs is not revenge, but acknowledgment from oneself.

I can admit that I was truly hurt.

I can admit that I once felt jealous.

I can admit that I was once very angry and even wished the other person would suffer.

These emotions don’t mean I’m a bad person; they mean that at that time, I was truly in pain.

Yet pain can be understood without being constantly fed.

If you check every day how the other person is doing, who’s getting along with whom, or how much applause they’re receiving, you’ll eventually discover something cruel:

They may have already moved on, while I’m still standing in place arguing with memories.

(´・ω・`)ノ💔

So what I want to learn now is not “how to make you regret it,” but:

How to no longer need your regret.

---

🌿 Jealousy Is Actually a Reminder

Jealousy doesn’t necessarily mean “I hate you.”

Sometimes what jealousy really wants to say is:

> “I want to be seen too.”

> “I want to succeed too.”

> “I want to look beautiful too.”

> “I want to be liked too.”

> “I want what you have now.”

So instead of staring at someone else’s life, translate jealousy into your own desires.

She’s popular — then I’ll study content creation.

She’s beautiful — then I’ll take care of myself.

She has money — then I’ll learn to earn money.

She’s liked by many — then I’ll make myself more charming.

✨ Jealousy can be a compass, but don’t let it become the steering wheel.

🕊️ The Best Way to Release Resentment Is Not to Harm the Other Person

True release of resentment sometimes means:

I no longer follow you.

I no longer secretly compare.

I no longer wish for your failure.

I no longer explain to others what happened between us.

I no longer hand my self-worth over to your judgment.

Not because you deserve forgiveness.

But because — my life deserves a fresh start.

Steve Jobs once left behind a well-known quote:

> “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”

This quote carries real power for those who are hurt.

Because sometimes we’re not living in someone else’s life, but stuck in the day they once hurt us.

Yet today is no longer that day.

🌸 Today, I have new choices.

---

🌅 Success Is Not Proving “You Were Wrong”

Many think a comeback means:

“I’ll become prettier than you.”

“I’ll earn more than you.”

“I’ll make you see my success.”

But if the end goal of success is still “making someone regret,” then that person still lives in your heart.

True freedom is:

One day I succeed, yet have no desire to notify you at all.

(。•̀ᴗ-)✧💕

Because I finally realized:

My work isn’t created for you to see.

My income isn’t earned for you to see.

My life isn’t meant to refute you.

My happiness doesn’t need your approval.

Einstein once said:

> “In the midst of chaos, find simplicity. In the midst of discord, find harmony. In the midst of difficulty, find opportunity.”

So I want to turn this hurt into an opportunity to reorganize my life.

Turn anger into boundaries.

Turn jealousy into goals.

Turn grievances into wisdom.

Put the people I lost back in the place they should be.

---

🌱 I Don’t Bless the Harm, Nor Curse Anyone

Letting go doesn’t mean:

“You did nothing wrong.”

Letting go means:

“Your wrongs no longer continue to decide my life.”

I can choose not to forgive certain things.

I can choose to stay away from certain people.

I can choose not to be friends anymore.

I can remember the lessons.

But I don’t need to hold the knife that once stabbed me and keep stabbing myself with it every day.

Mandela once said:

> “Resentment is like drinking poison and hoping the other person dies.”

This quote is classic because it reminds us:

The most terrifying thing about hatred is that it makes the injured person keep paying the price.

So, I refuse to keep paying.

💗 Finally, I Want to Return Myself to Me

It’s okay if they’re still happy.

They have their lives.

I have mine.

What they think of me is no longer my homework.

Whether they regret it is no longer my report card.

Whether they receive karma is no longer the news I wait for every day.

I’m taking my time back.

To sleep.

To work.

To take photos.

To create.

To spend time with those who truly love me.

To slowly nurture myself back.

Because true victory is not:

“See, you finally lost.”

But one day, I suddenly realize —

“Huh? I haven’t thought of you in a long time.”

In that moment, I know I’ve truly moved on.🌙✨

May all who have been offended, betrayed, compared, or denied slowly reclaim their hearts.

No need to rush to forgive.

No need to force forgetting.

Just become freer day by day.

Buddhism often says: “Letting go is not giving up, but no longer clinging.”

May we all learn to:

Look lightly upon gains and losses, release resentment; when the heart is free, everywhere is spring. 🪷🙏
