Every time I visit Ruifang Shenao Fishing Port, I almost always eat at a few familiar seafood spots, but this time I unexpectedly discovered "Gangbian Seafood Snack Shop," and it really felt like striking gold! Because it's a bit further inside, it's easy to miss if you don't pay special attention.
After actually eating there, I was completely won over. The dishes are fresh, the fried noodles are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, the value is excellent. It's a seafood spot that makes you want to return.
"Gangbian Seafood Snack Shop" is located inside Shenao Fishing Port, with a parking lot right across the street, making parking convenient. Facing the fishing port directly, you can see fishing boats and harbor scenery while dining, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
After eating, you can take a stroll around the fishing port or plan a visit to nearby attractions like Shenao Cape Capybara Rock and Shenao Railway Bike, both popular spots.

The storefront is quite low-key, with no particularly fancy decor, following a simple fishing port snack style, which actually gives it more local charm.
Sitting by the entrance, you can directly enjoy the harbor view, watching fishing boats come and go, eating seafood in the sea breeze— the most authentic fishing port experience!
The indoor space isn't large, with only a few tables, but it's kept clean and bright overall, without the greasy feel typical of seafood restaurants. The biggest plus is the super cute Shiba Inu shop dog, which made the entire dining experience delightful!
The overall vibe is relaxed and local, perfect for families or friends to dine here.
The menu here is very clearly marked. Whether it's fried noodles, soup noodles, stir-fried dishes, blanched seafood, fried items, or drinks, the prices are all straightforward, so you don't have to worry about being overcharged as a tourist.
The walls thoughtfully display many dish photos, making it easiest for those who have trouble deciding to order by looking at the pictures!
Luxury Seafood Fried Noodles $140
This dish is truly worth recommending! When it arrived, it was shocking— a huge plate, nothing like what you'd expect for $140. The toppings are extravagantly rich, including white pomfret, abalone, clams, white shrimp, baby squid, cuttlefish balls, and more, packing in almost all the essence of the sea.
The noodles are soaked with seafood broth, full of flavor. This plate can easily feed at least two people.
The seafood pairings are very generous, with the toppings alone leaving you stunned. A whole thick, crispy white pomfret is laid right on the noodles, and the abalone and white shrimp are substantial in size, not the mini shrunken versions. Three fresh, sweet baby squid are also included.
Blanched Abalone $210
Six pieces per serving, and the size is satisfying. Simple blanching best brings out the freshness of the abalone, with a firm, springy texture that pairs well with the dipping sauce.
Crispy Fried Baby Squid $135
Freshness is key for baby squid. Fried to a crisp without being greasy, it's addictive the more you eat.
Scallion-Exploded White Shrimp $150
The white shrimp are large and very fresh, with a bouncy texture and plenty of scallion aroma.
Crispy White Pomfret $130
Crispy outside and tender inside, fried just right. The fish meat is delicate and not dry, and although there are only three pieces, they are large and thick.
Stir-Fried Sea Vegetables $170
A must-order for Dad every time we visit the fishing port! The sea vegetables have a smooth, tender texture with a natural salty aroma, simply stir-fried with egg makes it delicious.
Gangbian Seafood Snack Shop is the kind of place you'd want to keep secret. The dishes are full of sincerity, with great prices, taste, and portions! Next time you visit Shenao Fishing Port, don't just go to the popular famous spots— these hidden gems are the most delightful surprises.
