🌟This place gets really crowded around noon. When we arrived, quite a few people were already seated inside, and it seemed like many were regular customers living nearby. Everyone naturally ordered and found seats, and you could tell business is usually pretty good.

🌟The indoor seating is air-conditioned, which is a big plus at noon, especially when it’s hot outside. It’s much more comfortable to eat in the cool air.

🌟The takeout menu is separate from the dine-in menu. After ordering, just return to your seat and wait. The staff will call out your table number, and you can pick up your food at the counter when you hear it. The process is pretty straightforward.

🌟This time we ordered the Mixed Grilled Meat Rice, plus a side of blanched sweet potato leaves, braised fried tofu, and braised meatballs.

🌟The Mixed Grilled Meat Rice has a slightly sweet flavor that I found very smooth and enjoyable. The grilled meat pairs perfectly with the rice, and the braised meat is cooked soft enough—great for my teeth, which is a nice bonus. It’s also topped with some ginger slices, which add a nice flavor contrast when eaten with the meat.

🌟The blanched sweet potato leaves are loaded with garlic on top. The leaves themselves are tender with no tough fibers, making them perfect to pair with rice.

🌟The fried tofu was surprisingly tasty. The braising sauce had soaked all the way through, not just coloring the surface. It’s well-flavored and not dry at all.

🌟The braised meatballs were also good. When I cut one open, I noticed a slight pinkish color inside and was a bit surprised at first, but the taste and texture were normal with no off flavors.

🌟After finishing, remember to return your tray yourself. The whole process is simple and quick, giving off that neighborhood spot vibe where locals regularly drop by.
