Yang's Noodle House is located near Zhonghe Nan Shijiao MRT Yongan Market Station. In the highly competitive Zhonghe dining scene, it's a hidden local favorite with a long history. Giant Golden Potstickers are their signature dish, and in fact the Three Fresh Dumplings and Hot and Sour Soup are also excellent! Highly recommend making a special trip to try!

(Closed Mondays) Located in an alley near the Zhonghe-Yonghe border and Yongan Market MRT Station, Yang's Noodle House has been around for 40 years; it originally started in Keelung before moving to Zhonghe.
Even though it's tucked away in a quiet alley, the restaurant is often packed during meal times, especially with takeout customers lining up nonstop.
Note that there is no car parking in the alley, and even scooter spots are scarce. You can park on the main road outside and walk in.
Yang's Noodle House potstickers have an impressively large, jumbo-shrimp-like size that delivers a satisfying bite!
The best part is the golden, crispy, slightly charred bottom that’s full of aroma～ The filling inside is also very flavorful and not skimped on at all! One order is already plenty satisfying!
No wonder there are only 6 per order—any more and it would really be too much to finish!
Yang's Noodle House dumplings are highly recommended by Dong!
Actually, compared to the potstickers, I think the dumplings shine even brighter! The Three Fresh Dumplings contain pork, chives, and dried shrimp in just the right proportions. The chives never overpower the sweetness of the pork, and the dried shrimp adds a perfect finishing touch—not only in flavor but also in texture.
The wrapper has a nice chew and bite, giving that satisfying noodle-house texture I really love!
Stuffed full of filling, Dong and William were thrilled and super satisfied!
The hot and sour soup, along with other side dishes and the zhajiangmian, all perform at an above-average level! Not only filling, but also very flavorful and satisfying! If you enjoy noodles, potstickers, and dumplings, Yang's Noodle House in Zhonghe is highly recommended!
Yang's Noodle House also offers frozen Three Fresh Dumplings. If you can't find parking for dine-in, buying some to cook at home is also a great option!
