When traveling in groups in Japan, the popular itinerary must include "fruit picking fun",
Although I'm not particularly fond of fruit picking activities, I started picking strawberries with the mindset of giving it a try since it was part of the itinerary anyway. The day before, I even bought pudding at Lawson, planning to eat it while picking strawberries. But after eating the first one on site, it was truly unbelievable! The pudding had no taste!!
No wonder everyone who comes to Japan always has to do fruit picking, it really subverts your perception of strawberries🤣
Although this time we came with a group, I also saw the price list saying 3 minutes all-you-can-eat for ¥2100 (about NT$414). If buying directly, it would be about four boxes (medium to large size), I think around ¥1400, really unbelievably cheap. After picking, we saw everyonewith a box in hand🤣
This is a strawberry farm that you can also visit by self-driving or on a free trip~
There's also a railway in the field next to it for photos. The shop aunties are all very friendly, and there's a cat that ate strawberries until it got diabetes (as the owner said😂)
The 2025 strawberry season has ended, it was from 1/3-5/6. Friends who are interested can save it first and come to Northeast Japan for a short trip during next year's strawberry and cherry blossom season✈️
