The Zong Hui is solid, but the egg pancake unexpectedly steals the spotlight--Yi Pie Brunch

🌟This time at the brunch spot, there are quite a few items—from thick toast, Zong Hui, egg pancakes, burgers, to scallion pancakes, pan-fried dumplings, turnip cakes, and fried rice—basically, you can find whatever type you feel like eating. The staff's service attitude is pretty good too; they're polite when taking orders, and the serving speed is decent. Overall, it doesn't feel stressful.

🌟This time, my favorite was actually the vegetable egg pancake. The flavor surprisingly resembles oyster omelette, giving it a familiar taste that's different from regular breakfast shop egg pancakes, unexpectedly becoming the most memorable item on the table.

🌟The smoked chicken baked thick toast is good. The smoked chicken isn't in tiny pieces but in nice big chunks, giving it more presence, and the cheese on top pulls into strings, adding points.

🌟The peanut beef cheese egg burger is quite tasty in the first half. The sweetness of the peanut sauce mixed with the saltiness of the beef and cheese creates a nice sweet-savory contrast with good flavor, but it gets saltier toward the end, which is a bit of a pity.

🌟The karaage chicken Zong Hui is also quite delicious. Besides the karaage chicken, it includes lettuce, pork floss, and egg. The toppings are quite complete. The karaage chicken itself is quite salty, paired with pork floss for extra aroma, and the lettuce prevents it from feeling too heavy, making it a safe choice with good satiety.

🌟The scallion pancake with egg and pan-fried dumplings are fine, though I prefer them fried a bit more evenly and crispier on the surface, which is a slight pity.

🌟The grilled pork egg fried rice isn't really my thing. It feels like the rice, egg, and grilled pork each have their own flavors without strong integration—like they're all on the same plate but not very familiar with each other.

🌟For the drinks, both the coffee milk and fresh milk tea taste rather mild with low presence.
