If I hadn’t just experienced it myself, I definitely wouldn’t believe it.
Same card.
Same door.
I swiped three times and couldn’t get it open.
The housekeeping staff on the second floor couldn’t unlock it either.
(The key point is she was using a master key card)
Please have the front desk staff come down to take a look
