楊家麵食館 is located near Yongan Market Station on the Zhonghe Nan Shijiao MRT line. In the highly competitive Zhonghe food scene, it's a hidden local favorite. Giant Golden Potstickers is their signature dish, and Three Fresh Dumplings along with Hot and Sour Soup are also excellent! Definitely worth a special trip!

Even tucked away in a quiet alley, the restaurant is often packed during meal times, with a steady stream of takeout customers.
Note: There is no car parking in the alley, and motorcycle spots are limited. Park on the main road and walk in.
楊家麵食館's potstickers have a massive, jumbo feel with satisfying crunch! The golden crispy bottom is full of aroma, and the filling is packed with flavor—nothing skimped on! One order is already very filling!
That's why there are only 6 per order—too many and you really couldn't finish them!

Actually, I think the dumplings shine even more than the potstickers! The Three Fresh Dumplings contain pork, chives, and dried shrimp in perfect balance. The chives don't overpower the pork's sweetness, and the shrimp adds a perfect finishing touch in both flavor and texture.
The wrapper has a nice chew, giving great mouthfeel—the kind of bite you only get from a noodle shop's dumplings. I really love it!
Filled to the brim with ingredients, Dong and William were super happy and fully satisfied!
The hot and sour soup, side dishes, and zhajiangmian all rate above average! Not only filling, but packed with flavor and very satisfying. If you enjoy noodles, potstickers, or dumplings, 楊家麵食館 in Zhonghe is highly recommended!
楊家麵食館 also offers frozen Three Fresh Dumplings. If you can't find parking for dine-in, it's worth buying some to cook at home!
