Bratislava is a must-stay city for Slovakia travel
Because it is the capital, it is only a 2-hour drive from Vienna,
you can take a bus or a train, very convenient, and the price is very cheap
This guesthouse is about a 10-minute walk from the central station
It is right next to the famous crepe shop
Completely contactless check-in, instructions are very clear
The guesthouse is renovated from their traditional houses
There is a simple sign at the entrance
First, enter with a code lock, then you can use the card to access in and out
As soon as you enter, it triggers the motion sensor light in the hallway, there are several mailboxes on the wall, which is where the keys are placed
One mailbox corresponds to one room, they provide a code for you to unlock,
Inside one room, there are two cards to access the room and the main door
Here they collect city tax, just put it back in the mailbox with the access card when checking out
This accommodation has no elevator, so if you have large luggage, it is recommended to book a ground floor room
At the back, there is a small garden, which is the smoking area, and inside there is a super cute cat,
Next to the stairs, there is a communal kitchen where guests can cook, but remember to clean up after yourself
The instructions on the cabinet are super clear, showing where all the utensils are
Above the range hood, there are seasonings left by previous guests that you can use
Next to the kitchen, there is a small space,
Here is a free washing machine, and detergent (possibly left by previous guests)
Because I didn't want to carry luggage, so I booked a room on the first floor

The black door on the left is the private bathroom for the opposite room, quite an interesting layout
As soon as you enter, there is an open small kitchen and dining area,
The small dining area can only seat 2 people
This place's small kitchen equipment feels very stylish,
Most of Europe uses induction cooktops, and here the exhaust fan is quite strong
There are various cups on the wall, and the kettle below is actually made of ceramic, very high-end
The water filter rack next to it is not very useful
The trash bin is hidden inside the cabinet, which saves space
The appliances are very stylish and modern, the small refrigerator is big enough
The kitchen utensils are quite complete, if not enough, you can go to the communal kitchen outside to get more
But... the knives are not sharp at all~~ even cutting fruit is difficult
Next to the kitchen, there is another door separating it from the room,
You can close the door when cooking
The room is very cozy and stylish, with a small courtyard behind the window
The blackout curtains are thick and don't let light through
The mattress is okay, the pillows are on the softer side,
Behind the door is an open wardrobe, with plenty of hangers,
The hairdryer and towels are on the cabinet
Because there are many shelves, it's very convenient for storing things
The room also has a super large sofa to sit on, but the table is a bit small~~
The interior design is... stylish but practicality is a bit lacking
The bathroom design is also simple and stylish,
Not completely dry and wet separated.....
Because there is space under the glass partition, and the glass partition is a bit short,
So unless you use the overhead shower,
Otherwise after showering... you have to wipe the bathroom dry yourself, for safety
This accommodation is quite good in terms of location and space
There are also some restaurants nearby to eat
Walking to the city center is about 15-20 minutes, not too far
The price is relatively much cheaper, high CP value~~
