It comes with about 9 ingredients, depending on the chef's daily selection
Today's selection included salmon/ marlin/ tuna/ octopus/ golden herring/ sweet shrimp/ crab sticks/ tamagoyaki/ burdock strips/ kelp strips
The sashimi is decent and standard, with basic contents and acceptable freshness
Not particularly impressive though

The fish portion is generous, using whole pieces of fish meat, very fresh
The seaweed outside is crispy, and at this portion and price, the value is excellent

To be honest, this Japanese restaurant's donburi is just okay,
But at this price point, the value for money is pretty good
