【Bangkok Thai Costume Experience】Super Hidden Affordable Top Pick Near Wat Arun! ร้านเสน่ห์ไทย(Sanae Thai)150 Baht Including Hairstyle Full Record

When it comes to traveling in Bangkok, Thailand, wearing Thai costumes and taking photos at Wat Arun is definitely a classic itinerary!

Actually, before heading to Wat Arun this time, I had no plans at all to try on Thai costumes. But once there, there were really so many staff promoting Thai costume experiences on the roadside, all enthusiastically soliciting business. And when I heard the price, I was stunned—the Thai costume experience including hairstyle styling costs only 150 Thai Baht per person! And you can wear it for a full 3 hours!

This value for money is simply off the charts, so I had to try it on and take tons of photos!

📸 Experience Process and Thoughts

After hearing the price, I immediately took my daughter and followed the salesperson through the alley to the Thai costume shop.

The shop Asu visited this time is ร้านเสน่ห์ไทย(Sanae Thai) near Wat Arun.

Although the price is affordable, the service is still okay!!

The shop's interior space is not large, but business is actually quite good, with quite a few people coming to experience Thai costumes. The staff's attitude is also very friendly, and even though we chose the cheapest experience package, they didn't neglect us.

  • Many color choices: From gentle pink, luxurious gold, romantic pink-purple to elegant sky blue... all available.

  • Thoughtful dressing and accessory matching: The staff works very efficiently, helping to put on the belt, shoulder drape, and bracelets properly.

  • Quick makeup and hair service: The hairstyle design included is simple and neat—long hair is braided then pinned up, short hair is decorated with a clip on the side, making photos full of Thai charm!

Haha~ After my daughter put it on, we immediately felt she looked extraordinary, like our family struck gold or something

Wearing Thai costumes while walking among the grand white pagoda buildings of Wat Arun, every angle looks like a blockbuster photo.

Actually, 3 hours is really plenty of time; if you can handle the heat, you can take it slow and shoot as much as you want ((laughs)). We returned the costumes after about half an hour! But I personally think wearing Thai costumes is a very worthwhile experience. Of course, if your budget allows, adding a photographer to take photos would make it even more perfect!! Sharing with everyone!!
