This Tudou noodle stall was found by accident
Not in a busy area, when going at night, surprisingly many people were dining
The shop is very local, a bit like an iron-sheet house stall

1. Pig Head Skin_Mouth Meat: NT$30+30
The side dishes here are daily limited, only what's on the stall
Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous
Pig head skin is very springy. Plenty of green onions provided, add a bit of soy sauce paste yourself, super delicious
Mouth meat is very elastic, braised well and not overly salty
2. Duck Leg: NT$50
Duck meat has different parts, but sells out quickly, so come early~~
Smoked duck leg has great aroma, meat is very elastic, no need for seasoning, tastes great
3. Sesame Sauce Noodles: NT$35
The small bowl of fried sauce noodles is not small at all~~
Sesame sauce is super rich, the owner is very generous
Noodles are wide flat plain noodles, paired with plenty of chives, great aroma
After mixing evenly, every bite is fragrant, soft and chewy, super satisfying
4. Plain Noodles (Large): NT$40
Large bowl only 5 TWD more than small, but size difference is huge
Their soup base is very rich, seems simmered with large bones, paired with soy sauce base
Has an old-school Taiwanese large-bone ramen feel
5. Offal Soup: NT$30
Looks like a rich offal soup, packed with pig innards
Innards are very fresh, so just a bit of ginger shreds for seasoning makes it delicious
Such a satisfying ancient-flavor late-night feast for a big table
This shop has no fancy decor, everything goes back into the prices
Every dish has that old-school flavor
