Exploring Donggang Old Shops But First Stumped by the Store Name--Yang Li Fa Creative Cuisine

🌟It's rare to have time to explore shops in Donggang, this place has actually been open for a long time, but the exterior still looks quite new.

🌟The most interesting part is, the first time seeing the store name, the whole family thought it was pronounced "Dan" Li Fa, completely unable to guess what they sell hahaha, later had to check Google Maps online to find out.

🌟Once inside the store, the entire environment feels completely different from outside, with a classic and antique vibe. Sauces can be taken freely, drinks are self-serve, and pay together after eating.

🌟The staff service attitude is also very good, they speak politely, and answer questions patiently without making people feel pressured.

🌟This time ordered Lamb Tendon Soup, Thai Pepper Chicken, Satay Lamb Fried Rice, Satay Lamb Fried Noodles, Stir-fried Cabbage, and also got a bottle of Guava Juice.

🌟The Satay Lamb Fried Rice doesn't have any particularly memorable taste, it's quite average, not bad but forgettable after eating.

🌟Compared to the Satay Lamb Fried Rice, I prefer the fried noodles, the noodles suit my taste better, the satay flavor comes through more, while the fried rice is more ordinary. If I have to choose between the two, I'd pick the fried noodles.

🌟The Stir-fried Cabbage is also nice and easy to chew, not full of hard vegetable stems, which I quite like.

🌟The Lamb Tendon Soup is the type that's easy to chew, the broth is on the lighter side, not too heavy in flavor. For me personally, it's delicious in a light way, after drinking it doesn't feel too salty in the mouth and has less of a heavy feeling.

🌟The Pepper Chicken also takes a lighter approach, the sauce isn't heavy enough to overpower the chicken, and the portion of chicken is generous, feels like almost two pieces, very satisfying to eat.
