艾熱護膝貼|Knees aren't old, they're being worked by me every day until they doubt life 😂
There's a kind of tiredness called "The person isn't old yet, but the knees retire first" 🤣
Lately, whenever I walk, climb stairs, ride a bike, or even stand up after sitting for a while, I start paying attention to my knees.
I used to be really stubborn, always thinking: "It's just a little soreness, it'll be fine if I tough it out!"
But the body is honest—
The mouth says it's fine, the knees: you better be. (╥﹏╥)
Recently started using 艾熱護膝貼, and the biggest feeling for me isn't some miraculous effect, but that it's easy to fit into my daily care routine.
I usually take photos, do shoots, walk around, and have started exercising too.
Sometimes after walking all day, my legs really feel like "Can we not walk anymore today?"
So now I treat the knee patches as a small daily self-care ritual.
After showering and getting myself together, I use it according to the instructions so my knees get some care too.
The warm feeling is really comfortable for me, especially when the weather is cooler or I've been more active.
But I have to be honest—
It's not a magic sticker, and definitely not a pass to go crazy working the knees after applying it. 😂
If there's real pain, swelling, injury, or discomfort that lasts a long time, I'll still consult a doctor first instead of pinning all hopes on one patch.
This is also something I've slowly learned:
I used to think "When you're young, you just have to push through."
Now I feel—
Knowing when to rest is truly loving yourself.
Especially after I started exercising, I no longer chase doing a hundred squats in one day or riding until my legs give out.
Now I prefer:
✓ Start small
✓ Increase gradually
✓ Rest when the body feels off
✓ Make taking care of myself part of life
After all, my life is still long, and my knees have to go many places with me!
Eating delicious food in Taichung, taking photos all over Taiwan, visiting tourist factories, shooting beautiful pictures……
How would any of that work without knees? 🤣
And honestly, reaching a certain age made me realize the body isn't for comparing with others—it's for living life with.
If you can walk today, walk well.
If you're tired today, rest.
Where you can care for yourself, don't wait until your body protests to start regretting.
I want to be not "the person who never gets tired,"
but the one who knows when they're tired and is willing to stop.
♡ 艾熱護膝貼, for me, isn't "treatment," but a small reminder for daily care.
You only have one body, don't treat it like a consumable.
Live slowly, care for yourself slowly, get better slowly.
Sometimes true maturity isn't being able to endure more, but finally learning to treat yourself gently.
