This Yujing Heilunbo has been a local favorite for over 40 years,
starting as a small stall and growing into a storefront
The current location is right next to the Yujing Fruit Wholesale Market,
so you can park at the market and walk over
The shop is small, and you only realize it once you step inside... the front of the stall is already packed with people
The menu here is simple... just large intestine, sausage, oden/rice blood cake
Large intestine and raw sausage are sold by weight,
They even accept Line Pay here, so modern~~
The large intestine is handmade, with real intestine casing, truly old-school style
Filled with glutinous rice and peanuts, each one varies in size,
You can tell the owner which one you want, then weigh it
The sausages are also made in-house
Both are grilled over traditional charcoal, all handmade~~
Many people here take away the large intestine wrapped around small sausage
The handmade large intestine looks truly delicious
You can also choose to add the owner's special pickled radish．
On the counter, there are local chili sauce and soy sauce paste,
If you want stronger flavor, you can add it yourself
There's a pot simmering on high heat... but the oden is so popular it needs constant restocking
Only two items inside — rice blood cake and oden
Each costs 10 yuan, super affordable
You can serve the soup yourself, and the broth has a surprising touch of tapioca pearls
Unlike regular oden broth, it even includes bonito flakes for extra umami

Not many seats, but clean and tidy,

This time I ordered a larger portion of large intestine, 3 sausages, 2 rice blood cakes, 3 pig blood cakes,
Total only 210 yuan, so the large intestine was 85 yuan
The large intestine is soft and dense, very Q, pairs great with a bit of soy sauce
The sausage is special too, with a subtle herbal aroma, perfect with garlic
This shop also offers their homemade pickled radish,
You must ask the owner to add it, as it goes amazingly with both large intestine and sausage,
Refreshing with a slight sour taste. Super appetizing
The rice blood cake isn't handmade, but it's solid and large
The oden is decent
