雛菊DAISY VILLA is located on Qinghai Road. You can take the Kaohsiung Light Rail to the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts Station, about a 6-minute walk.
Transportation is quite convenient.
This 雛菊DAISY VILLA store on Qinghai Road has a rather luxurious entrance, with a Southeast Asian-style exterior that makes it a striking focal point from afar.
The outdoor area is quite romantic, and the style of the daydream pavilion makes people feel very relaxed.
After pushing open the door, the high ceiling makes the entire space grand and magnificent.
The glass roof makes the whole space feel very spacious.
Paired with chandeliers, it looks like a European royal building.
Further inside, there's a private room feel, with crystal chandeliers hanging everywhere as if decoration costs nothing.
A very bright space!
The seats are also very comfortable, with sofa cushions feeling soft.
Very suitable for elders or children, fine even for long sitting.
As a restaurant with impressive decor, prices are naturally a bit higher.
雛菊DAISY VILLA prices are a little high but not to the point of being exaggerated.
Sharing set for two is 799, a bit higher compared to some affordable Italian restaurants.
Really just a little higher, still acceptable.
They also launched Chinese pickled fish, not sure what that means.
Feels like following the trend whenever a food item gets hot.
The menu includes signature dishes from 雛菊, mainly because 雛菊 is the Taichung branch, so some of their special items can also be ordered here.
But 雛菊DAISY VILLA is the second branch in Kaohsiung combined with a bar.
So the dishes here are suitable for sharing, and there are also many seemingly extravagant dishes and drinks.
雛菊DAISY VILLA's desserts are quite special.
The classic plating is the highlight, truly beautiful.
But there are also some that look extravagant but taste empty, like cotton candy; 300 yuan for cotton candy is really premium priced.
The salad portion is decent, fine for four people to share.
Just right for girls.
Looks very pretty, great for photos.
But the taste doesn't have many standout points; occasionally gives the illusion of eating convenience store microwaved spaghetti.
The crinkle-cut fries are very addictive.
Good to order for sharing, perfect for chatting while eating.
Cuteness level 100 points.
But pudding is pudding, puff pastry is puff pastry; kids would probably enjoy this dessert a lot.
There's also a small staircase.
The visual design is really well done.
Below it has a flavor somewhat like caramel pudding brûlée.
As a dessert it's okay.
Let us review once again what a parfait is.
Parfait in French is called parfait, a dessert made with ice cream in a champagne glass, topped with low-sweetness biscuits, sometimes garnished with fruits, whipped cream, chocolate, syrup, etc.
Strawberry parfait commonly uses sponge cake, cream, strawberry jelly, and other combinations.
This seared custard strawberry parfait has sponge cake, custard, and cream on top, with sugar seared on the surface like a crème brûlée with a crispy sugar coating, and below is a soft, dense, delicate sweet texture.
However, under the strawberries there are marshmallows, biscuits, and a slice of cake.
After serving, they will sear it on the spot for you, very suitable for photos.
The aroma from searing spreads, and the flowing look is very appetizing.
But because apart from the top piece of cake, the ingredients below are all separate and can't be eaten together.
So it becomes strawberries are strawberries, sugar is sugar, biscuits are biscuits.
If you eat the top cake and custard alone, it feels a bit wasteful.
Maybe eating it with a strawberry in one bite would be better.
Overall, after eating you'll feel a bit empty, but you did take a lot of photos.
