Every time I travel abroad, I always see the signature green burger logo of Shake Shack on many lively streets or in shopping malls. When I saw many netizens sharing and recommending it online before, I always really wanted to try it myself! Unfortunately, past trips were too packed, so I always passed by without a chance to stop and taste it. This time at Central Park in Bangkok, while walking around I happened to encounter this popular burger shop again! Although I had just eaten and my stomach wasn't hungry at all, I thought: "If I miss it again this time, who knows how long I'll have to wait!" So without a second thought, I immediately decided to go in and order a classic burger to try!
When it comes to Shake Shack, friends who travel abroad often should be familiar with it! The brand was born in 2001 at Madison Square Park in New York, originally just a food truck selling hot dogs. With its commitment to high-quality ingredients and made-to-order preparation, it quickly attracted countless food lovers to queue up.
Shake Shack features 100% all-natural Angus Beef, with no added antibiotics or hormones, paired with soft, milky potato buns (Potato Bun) and its signature ShakeSauce. It has now become a globally renowned fast-food chain and a must-try for many traveling to the US, Canada, Japan, Korea, or Thailand.
This visit was to the branch inside Central Park Bangkok. The interior design is quite stylish, with extensive use of metal lines, green neon lights, and warm wood tones. The space is bright and spacious, offering more fashion and comfort than a typical fast-food restaurant. Both dine-in and takeout areas have very clear signage, and the staff are quite friendly.

Since it's my first time, of course I had to start with the most classic ShackBurger (Classic Beef Burger)!
When the burger arrived, it looked quite appealing: fresh green lettuce, red tomato slices, with a freshly grilled patty with slightly crispy edges and melted cheese.
Overall, Shake Shack lives up to its reputation with fresh ingredients and decent burger patties. However, considering its price and overall value, if there's no queue and you haven't tried it, it's a nice experience to give it a go once; but if it requires long lines or factoring in the price, the appeal isn't as high as I imagined (laughs).
