Exquisite Personal Hotpot Next to Cultural Center - Huanhui Hotpot
Located next to the Cultural Center, Huanhui Hotpot features a luxurious and grand building, making you feel like you're dining in a mansion.
The entrance is adorned with a lotus pond; could this small lotus have feng shui effects?
The dining environment inside is clean and minimalist, giving a fresh and neat impression.
The pristine white marble table is equipped with an induction cooker for hotpot.
I chose the truffle milk broth, and amusingly enough, when the soup arrived, I was still looking for the gas smell, only to find out it was the truffle.
I ordered the highly recommended seared Iberico pork.
The waiter first brought a full bowl of vegetables: cabbage, enoki mushrooms, baby bok choy, white mushrooms, tomatoes, water lilies, etc., with many different kinds of vegetables.
The milk pot also comes with fresh milk～you can personally add milk, which is fun.
Since it's seared, the waiter took the meat platter aside, brought out a torch, and ignited the meat.
Even before being cooked, it already looks delicious; after cooking, the pork slices are incredibly tender.
Worried about not having enough to eat, I also added corn, dumplings, baby bok choy, and squid paste...
The added beef was arranged like a flower.
Of course, the essential drink machine of a hotpot restaurant, there are three here.
There are also ice cream desserts after the meal.
Condiments are self-service here.
The number of indoor tables is limited, accommodating a maximum of four people. The dining environment is quite nice, and the pork is also very tasty, with the portion being enough for a filling personal hotpot.
